UI/UX Design
UI/UX design services that make the next step obvious
We learn how your visitors think, then design screens that answer their questions in the order they ask them. Fewer dead ends, fewer confused emails, and more people finishing what they came to do.
Sound familiar?
Signs your site needs UX work
Visitors land on your site and leave within seconds.
Your support team answers the same “where do I find…” questions every week.
The product grew one feature at a time, and now nobody can explain the navigation.
Sign-ups or enquiries get started but rarely finished.
Your website and your app look like they come from two different companies.

Our process
How we design, step by step
Step 1: Research
We talk to your team and, wherever we can, to your customers. We also read the numbers: where people drop off, what they search for on your site, which pages they never reach.
Step 2: Structure
We sort your content into a clear hierarchy, then check it with card sorting or tree testing before anything gets drawn.
Step 3: Wireframes
Grey boxes, real words. Wireframes let us debate layout and priority without anyone getting distracted by colour.
Step 4: Prototype and test
A clickable prototype goes in front of real users. We watch where they hesitate, fix it and test again.
Step 5: Visual design and handover
We apply your brand, document every component and walk your developers through the files, so nothing gets lost on the way to code.
Tools
Design and research tools
Industry-standard tools, so your files open anywhere and your team can keep working in them after we hand over.
At the end
What you'll have when we're done
A tested design for every page and state, ready to build
A design system with components, tokens and usage notes
A research summary your team can come back to
A prioritised list of improvements for later
Timeline
How long it takes
Most UI/UX projects run for four to eight weeks. A single landing page can be ready in two or three. A complex web app with several user roles can take three months or more, and we'll plan it in stages.
FAQ
UI/UX design questions
UX design is about how something works: the steps, the structure and the decisions a person makes. UI design is how it looks and feels on screen: layout, type, colour and controls. We do both, and in practice they're hard to separate.
It helps a great deal. If you can introduce us to five or six customers, we'll interview them. If that isn't possible, we recruit testers who match your audience, or work from your analytics and support data.
UI/UX design works within your existing brand. If your guidelines don't cover digital use, such as colour contrast or interface type sizes, we'll extend them. A full rebrand is a separate project.
Figma files for every screen and state, a component library, design tokens, a research summary and a handover session with your developers.
Yes. We design with your tech stack in mind and stay available during development to answer questions and review the build.
We check contrast, text size, focus order and touch target sizes as we go, then review the finished designs against WCAG 2.2 AA before handover.
We don't count rounds. Instead we agree on clear review points. At each one we gather feedback, talk it through and update the designs until the screen does its job.
