These terms apply when you use studio.techelix.co. They don't cover design, development or SEO work for clients, which is always agreed in a separate written contract.
Who we are
This website is run by Techelix GmbH, trading as Studio Techelix, based in Aachen, Germany. Our full legal details are in the Impressum.
Using the site
You're welcome to read, share and link to any page. Please don't:
- try to break, overload or get around the site's security, including the contact form's spam protection
- send spam, malware or unlawful content through the contact form
- copy large parts of the site automatically, except for normal search engine indexing
- pretend to be someone else when you contact us
We may block access for anyone who does any of these things.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, 3D scenes, code and the Studio Techelix name and logo on this site belong to us or to people who have licensed them to us. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Any other copying or reuse needs our written permission.
No warranties
We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but we provide it as it is. We can't promise it will always be complete, current or free of errors, or that it will be available without interruption. Nothing on the site is an offer to enter into a contract.
Limitation of liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable if we breach an essential obligation (one that makes using the site possible in the first place and that you may reasonably rely on), and then only for typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability for slight negligence is excluded.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as our social media profiles. We checked them when we added the links, but we don't control them and aren't responsible for what they contain. If you find a link that points somewhere unlawful, tell us and we'll remove it.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in. If you're a merchant, the courts of Aachen have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms when the site changes. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies to your visit.
